About me and my healthy Yoga and Ayurveda Lifestyle

Yoga makes your life healthier and easier in many ways. You enhance your power and strength in mind and body, develop a healthy lifestyle and find balance and inner peace. Yoga is the way to the best version of yourself - your true self. 

​

I live Yoga 24/7 in combination with Ayurveda, wich is also a big part of enhancing a healthy life.  â€‹

 

Many years ago I discovered Yoga through my sport oriented lifestyle and discovered it´s effective way to a stronger and more flexible body. On my travels through different countries all over the world, I was able to discover many different Yoga styles, as well as the fact that Yoga is offering so much more than the physical aspect. Yoga is the attitude to life, your consciousness for health and happiness on a mental and physical level.

When I´m not in my "Happy Place", my Yoga loft in Germany,  you can find me in an Yoga Ashram in the indian Himalayas, on a roadbike in the Alpes, scuba diving in the Indian Ocean or surfing in Bali. One thing I have always with me is Yoga! 

​

With Yoga you learn to control your mind, influence your thoughts, emotions and body processes. You learn to use your consciousness, focus and balance yourself, reduce stress, relieve tension and anxiety and find harmony within yourself and your surroundings. You feel your Svarupa, wich is Sanskrit and means your true nature. 

​

Yoga and Aryuveda have a tremendous influence on all your body systems. The central nervous system, endocrine system and metabolism are positively influenced. The energetic system, the energy channels (nadis/meridians) are getting stimulated,  you feel new energy within and enhance your immune system. 

​

On my path to learn everything about Yoga, I spent many months within the last years in India, the origin of Yoga. In an Ashram in the Himalayan mountains, my life was reduced to the essentials and open for the power and bliss of holistic Yoga. I lived and internalized Yoga every minute and completed my 800 hours yoga teacher trainings in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Pranayama breathing techniques (indian and tibetan), Meditation, Mantra chanting, Yoga Nidra, Yoga Therapy and Yoga Philosophy. I studied the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali there, the philosophical core of yoga. They are considered as one of the most important scriptures about yoga and provide guidance in the practise of yoga. I am grateful for the knowledge and the beginning of my spiritual journey there.

I´m a certified 500 E-RYT Yoga Teacher and YACEP (Permission to train new Yoga teachers and give further education for registered Yoga teachers) with the Yoga Alliance, a union seated in the USA for professional Yoga teachers and Instructors worldwide.Yoga Alliance Profile

I was able to improve my spirituality, my knowledge about Ayurveda for a healthy life while furthering my education to become a mediation teacher, mental coach and an ayurveda coach while being a student in many different Ashrams, Yoga Schools and Ayurvedic Centers. It was a privilege to be taught by well known Yoga and Breathwork teachers like Surinder Singh, Roshan Singh, Anoop Purohit, Deepti Kulshrestha, Nikhil Kulshrestha, Max Strom (USA) and many more. The time im not in India I´m still connected to my teachers and mentors.

The far eastern, gentle Yin Yoga fascinates me and I see it as a perfect addition to the indian Hatha Yoga. That´s why I completed a Yin Yoga Teacher education taught by Stefanie Arend and the founder Paul Grilley/Paulie Zink. With the specialized Yin Yoga techniques that origin from Tao Yoga, I put a huge emphasis on working on the meridians, known of the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the fascia-training and the deep balancing of Yin and Yang in ourselves.

I finished the education to become a sound healer/therapist at the Himalayan Academy of Sound in Rishikesh.  Since our body possesses self healing abilities that are strongly influenced by sound, frequencies and sonic waves I see a huge impact of using tibetan sound bowls to help trigger those abilities, to reduce stress, tinnitus, anxiety and depression. The founded knowledge I gained there and at teachings also in Nepal, gives me the ability to give effective sound healing sessions for your wellbeing.

​
