BREATHWORK TO RELEASE BLOCKAGES:

From a yogic perspective, when we breathe we absorb Prana/Qi (life energy). This flows in the Nadis (energy channels), which are also known as meridians in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in acupuncture. With breathwork we can activate the energy channels and release blockages in the body and in our consciousness.

With targeted breathing sessions you can release panic attacks, anxiety, depression and trauma. In this regard, I completed a Kathiartic Breathwork training with Max Strom (USA), who has helped thousands of people with his breathing technique for over 30 years.

During my years of training with well-known teachers in India, I was able to learn numerous Indian and Tibetan breathing techniques that we can use specifically, depending on our needs. They are also an integral part of my own daily breathing practice. Further training with breathing teachers in the USA who work with CEOs and professional athletes all over the world, and the best-known asthma breathing coach PATRICK MCKEOWN, have completed my knowledge of the comprehensive spectrum of the power of breathing.
